Simple review. It works, the angles it can do are very with certain dishes. The handle has a low melting point, id say no less than other brands but it's tempature rating could be improved. The The spatula itself handles heat well. I am a proud owner and show people how it works any chance I get.

Good gadget for medium heat or less maybe. My first one got a deformed leading edge due to medium high heat. I didn't leave it sit in pan either. I like the handle and adjustability. Stainless might be the best option. For me anyways.

There was a missing item in my order that they were unable to replace so I had to request a refund and return. The spatula feels cheap and awkward to use, more like a hard plastic piece from a car engine cover than a kitchen tool. While eggs do slide off slightly better, the improvement is minimal and not enough to justify having such an unattractive utensil in my kitchen. And is made in China.
