SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States.

RATES
Standard shipping: $8.00
Express shipping: $15.00
The rate you pay is calculated at checkout before you confirm the order. There
are no customs charges or import duties on domestic orders.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a
weekend or a public holiday start processing the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Express: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Processing and delivery are separate, so a standard order typically arrives 4 to
7 business days after you place it. A small number of items ship directly from a
partner warehouse and can take up to 14 business days; where that applies it is
stated on the product page.

TRACKING
You will get a confirmation email as soon as you order, and a second email with
a tracking number once the parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take
24 to 48 hours to start updating; this is normal and does not mean the parcel is
lost.

DELAYS
Carrier delays, weather, and holiday peaks are outside our control. If your
parcel has not moved for 7 business days, email aimarmwe@gmail.com with your
order number and we will chase it with the carrier.

WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us
because the address was wrong or nobody could accept it, we will refund the
items but not the original shipping, and reshipping is charged again.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS
If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the parcel, check with your
household and neighbours first, then email us within 7 days. We will open a
claim with the carrier and make it right.
