TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO WE ARE
This website is operated by Momentum Stores ("we", "us", "our"), based in
Champaign, Illinois, United States. By visiting momentum-stores.com or placing
an order, you agree to these terms.

2. USING THE SITE
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us.
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain
unauthorised access to it, and not to copy or resell any part of it without our
written permission.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICES, AND DESCRIPTIONS
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between
screens and product photography is not a guarantee of exact appearance. Prices
are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We may
limit quantities or discontinue a product without notice.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typing or
system error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour
that price.

4. ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email,
and a contract is formed at that point. We may refuse or cancel any order, for
example where a product is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a
billing address cannot be verified. If we cancel an order you have already paid
for, you get a full refund.

5. PAYMENT
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and Shop Pay. We do not
see or store your full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use
the payment method you enter.

6. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Delivery times and rates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your right to
return an item, and how refunds are handled, are set out in our Refund Policy.
Both form part of these terms.

7. THIRD-PARTY BRANDS
Some products we stock are made by third-party brands. Their trademarks and
product names belong to them, and referring to a brand here does not mean that
brand endorses or is affiliated with Momentum Stores. Any manufacturer warranty
is provided by that manufacturer, not by us.

8. OUR CONTENT
The text, photography, and design on this site belong to Momentum Stores or are
used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our
written consent.

9. ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it
will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or withdraw any part of it at
any time.

10. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the
amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential
losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including
for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. PRIVACY
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States,
and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.

13. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you
place an order is the one that applies to it.
